Starting a business is always the easy part, getting it to run and last is not so. A huge part of making your business run and last is marketing. Having the right skills to successfully invite a prospect to your network marketing presentation is very crucial. Attaining these skills and applying them is the first step in bringing people to your business. The more eyeballs you get on your business opportunity the more success you will have in your MLM.
Below I’ve listed a few tips on how you could successfully invite prospects to your market presentation.
Short and Simple.
A very common problem I’ve seen when people invite prospects is that they keep the conversation very long. They give a complete idea of what they have in mind but since its just talk, it comes off as very crude and an imaginary thing putting off the prospects interest to even attend your presentation. Keeping it short and simple ensures that you are sending the invitation but also keeping the client curious as to what you have to offer. A good rule of thumb is to keep your conversations around the 3-minute mark, any more and you are going to lose your prospect.
Call Instead of Meeting.
A great way to enforce the above tip is to call your prospect instead of inviting face-to-face. This is helpful because when you meet face-to-face, the prospect will keep asking you detailed questions and it will be very rude to ignore. But when you call, you can keep it short by just giving the invitation and asking them to meet you at their presentation for a better explanation of details. This provides you with a certain sense of certainty that they will join your presentation.
This is extremely important because who you are and how you convey your message is the most important thing. You need to learn to be excited but not so much that you start rambling. You need to talk with conviction but without actually giving out any information. A great way to do this is walk and talk. When you’re walking, and talking, you sound exciting but also active enough to be focused on what you are saying.
These are very basic tips but in fact can actually go a long way in building your network marketing business into a successful one.
